Web Graphic Designer

Web Graphic Designer

Competitive wage/salary

Responsibilities

  • Design custom creative layouts for web design projects catered toward a variety of industries
  • Provide graphic support for ongoing web-based projects (graphic design, brand identity, icons, etc.)
  • Provide on-going upgrades for client websites - including: motion graphics, multimedia & graphic design etc.
  • Work with our clients to gather feedback and implement solutions and improvements

Required Skills

  • A demonstrable passion for the craft
  • Be solution oriented, ability to work independently & proactively
  • Able to work with Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Knowledge of the latest graphics standards
  • A great eye for overall website design with a focus on UX

Bonus Skills (but not required)

  • Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, etc.)
  • Previous experience with WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS frameworks
  • Knowledge & experience with multimedia applications HTML5 or 3D software
  • Previous experience working in collaboration with a web development team either in person or remotely

  • Engage prospective clients with a consultative/no-pressure selling approach
  • Help refine sales & marketing game plan
  • Provide on-boarding support to new clients
  • Provide on-going support to existing clients

Required Skills

  • A demonstrable passion for the craft of sales & business development
  • Be solution oriented, ability to work independently & proactively
  • Telephone and walk-in sales proficiency and experience
  • Consultative/no-pressure sales abilities
  • A strong capacity to listen and ask good questions

Bonus Skills (but not required)

  • Past experience and success in sales/business development
  • Pro-Level Bonus: Past experience and success in sales/business development in digital media/web design
  • Experience with web development/WordPress
  • Previous experience working in collaboration with a web development team either in person or remotely
